As the Owners Representative,  review and develop a program plan with executive market President and Vice President to determine facility requirements, head count and space allocation for 300,000 plus Square Foot, twenty million dollar super warehouses. Responsible for Complete design of Architectural background Documents while ensuring building code & ADA compliance, to be provided to the developer for construction.  Responsible for all finish selections to maintain a corporate image while providing a working showroom environment. Complete design and management of the pick to voice wireless system built within each Distribution Center. Close coordination with the furniture division is required on all projects to ensure the furniture has appropriate voice / data and power to energize the furniture systems. 

Work very closely with and manage the developers General Contractor to coordinate permitting, zoning, fire marshals office approvals, while coordinating the electrical, mechanical, fire safety and security sub contractors.

Upon Facility construction completion, my group assists in the move from the existing facility into the new space, working closely with IT and the telecom group. Managed the design and construction of large scale structural and Wireless telecommunications projects. Preformed site visits across the USA meeting with contractors for bid walks and pre construction kick off site meetings.
